Il Roseto is a further option for those staying inside the hotel, but it is a full-fledged restaurant also for those coming from outside. A place where you can enjoy the time spent here and breathe the tranquility of the Valnerina. All the raw materials used are carefully sourced from the various local companies. It is an environment where you can enjoy the typical dishes of the Umbrian tradition revisited by our chefs. You can order gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan dishes as well.

L’Alveare (The Hive) occupies a large and bright room, it is a restaurant where hotel guests can enjoy their meals with menus du jour. The two rooms are designed to accommodate groups and ceremonies. L’Alveare offers a typical, genuine and every day fresh cuisine, thanks to its specially designed menu. L’Alveare can be accessed by either half board and full board customers, but also customers from outside the hotel or B&B guest, who decide to try the menu of the day proposed by the staff.

Grups — Breakfast is served in the restaurant L’Alveare, with a broad choice of sweet and salty dishes.

Individuals — For guests not belonging to a group, breakfast is served in the more private Breakfast Room. A rich sweet and salty buffet for best possible start of the day. There is a corner also for gluten free meals.
